IBPS Clerk 2020 Prelims Exam – COVID-19 Special Instructions

As we all know that currently we are facing the COVID-19 pandemic thus, due to this strict guidelines and instructions are to be followed in respect to these competitive examinations. IBPS Clerk Prelims is just around the corner and it will be held this Saturday in 4 shifts. The authorities have mentioned special instructions related to that. Below mentioned are the guidelines to be followed by each and every candidate coming to the examination center.

• There will be no display of the candidate’s Roll number and the Lab number outside the venue, however every candidate will be intimated about it individually at the exam venue.
• Candidates are required to report at the examination center strictly as per the time slot which is mentioned in the call letter.
• Candidates will be allowed to carry certain items only including:

Personal transparent water bottle, Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), pen, Exam related documents such as Call Letter and Photocopy of the photo ID card stapled with it, same ID Card in Original

• Candidate needs to weak a Mask (Wearing a mask is compulsory)
• For Scribe candidates, the scribe form has to be duly signed with photograph affixed.
• Candidates must have AarogyaSetu App installed on his/her mobile phone
• Candidates with Moderate or High Risk Status on AarogyaSetu App will not be allowed entry.
• The AarogyaSetu App status will be displayed at the entry gate and after that candidates are required to switch off their mobile phones and are to be submitted at the designated location.

Other than these mentioned above, no other item will be allowed inside the examination venue.

Items not allowed in the Exam Hall

• Items such as handbags, goggles, belt, cap, wrist watch, camera etc is simply not allowed.
• Any eatables except a transparent water bottle are not allowed inside the examination center.
• Any stationary including textual material, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Pen Drives etc is not allowed.
