Jennifer Lawrence began her career as a volunteer at St. Mary’s Medical Center where, it turns out, she worked with Ron Toth in the early 80’s. She was hired as an aide and worked as one until 1985 when she went to Cerritos College and earned her AS in Physical Therapy and her license as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She spent the next 14 years working in various hospitals and out patient clinics. After going back to college at Loma Linda University, she earned her MPT and her license as a Physical Therapist. While working 6 years in a hospital Outpatient Neuro setting and another 2 years in college, she earned the Doctor of Physical Therapy. Now Jennifer Lawrence is well versed in a wide variety of medical situations that require the skills of a Physical Therapist.
